As a Talent Partner at Satellite, you’ll take ownership of recruitment projects with our clients — working directly with founders, hiring managers, and teams to design and execute hiring strategies. You’ll embed yourself into fast-growing companies, running full-cycle recruitment while advising stakeholders and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
You’ll have the autonomy to drive searches end-to-end while also collaborating closely with your Satellite squad. This role is ideal for someone who’s already confident in managing hiring processes and stakeholder relationships, and who wants to grow further as a trusted partner to scaling companies.
🔬 What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with founders, leaders, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Run full-cycle recruitment: from scoping roles and sourcing candidates to managing interviews and closing offers.
- Advise clients on market insights, candidate engagement, and hiring best practices.
- Own stakeholder relationships, keeping communication transparent, professional, and proactive.
- Build and refine hiring processes, tools, and playbooks that strengthen both client and Satellite practices.
- Mentor and support Associate Talent Partners on projects.
