💡 The Role

Satellite Talent is your embedded recruitment powerhouse. We partner with ambitious startups and scale-ups, joining their teams to help them hire the right people, fast. As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll fully embed into one of our client’s teams at a time, acting as their in-house recruitment expert. You’ll lead full-cycle hiring, shape recruitment strategies, and advise stakeholders, creating a world-class experience for candidates and clients alike. You’ll get the focus and ownership of an in-house role while experiencing the variety and learning that comes from working across different ambitious companies over time.

🔬 What You’ll Do

• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, set hiring priorities, and shape recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Guide stakeholders through hiring decisions with clear insights on market trends, compensation, and candidate fit.
• Run interviews, debrief panels, and support offer management to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
• Build and refine hiring processes, tools, and playbooks that strengthen both the client’s team and Satellite practices.
• Mentor and support colleagues on recruitment best practices, sharing knowledge across the team.

✅ Requirements

• Full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with tech roles or a mix of tech and business positions.
• Skilled at sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates across multiple channels.
• Able to advise stakeholders on market insights, role design, and hiring decisions.
• Experienced in optimising processes and tools to make recruitment smoother and more efficient.
• Collaborative team player who partners closely with Satellite colleagues.
• Fluency in English, with German fluency as a plus.
• You are based in Berlin.
• Open to hybrid work: one day per week in a Satellite co-working space, plus occasional client on-site days if needed.
