Satellite Talent is growing, and we’re looking for a proven recruitment market builder to help create the next stage of our US business.

This is for someone who already knows how to win recruitment business and make placements in the US, but wants the opportunity to do more than simply run another desk.

Rather than inheriting somebody else’s market, managing an established team or becoming another senior recruiter inside an existing structure, you’ll have the opportunity to help build a focused US commercial operation from the ground up, with genuine influence over what it becomes.

You’ll be hands-on from day one: winning clients, delivering assignments, building relationships and creating repeat business.

And as the market grows, so can your role.

What you’ll be doing

Initially, this is a highly commercial and hands-on role.

You’ll:

• Build and own a focused US recruitment market
• Develop new client relationships and turn them into long-term accounts
• Win retained, search and project-based recruitment work
• Personally deliver searches and make placements
• Build credibility with founders, executives and talent leaders
• Identify the markets, roles and client segments where Satellite can win
• Create repeatable commercial motions rather than relying on one-off deals
• Work closely with Satellite’s founders on US positioning, pricing and growth
• Help shape the operating model for our US business

Over time, the opportunity is to build beyond your own desk.

That could mean growing a team, developing new verticals, expanding key accounts and taking broader ownership of Satellite’s US business.
